Rockefeller Group Development Corporation if now fully entitled to develop a 23.58-acre site on the south side of Lomita Boulevard, between Crenshaw and Hawthorne Boulevards, in the City of Torrance. Construction is planned in two phases through 2012.

The project is being built for physicians and business professionals seeking to Lease or Own new, highest quality, state-of-the-art office buildings or office space convenient to the entire Los Angeles South Bay region.
